This brief summary has described the sort of management designed to maximise output on a lowland deer farm. There are, of course, many other systems for managing deer where amenities or other factors are taken into consideration. Nevertheless the principle remains the same and careful winter feeding is indicated whether deer are in parks, farms or zoos.
