Partners ponder

ATTITUDES to partnership in the profession are changing, and with alternative career progressions becoming increasingly available, fewer younger veterinary surgeons seem to be considering taking the step to becoming a partner. In Practice asked six partners, three male and three female, to reflect on their reasons for becoming a partner, and how it has worked for them.
