PRACTICE MANAGEMENT

PERSONAL FINANCE

Financing the life plan 5. Retirement

Daniel James

IN the final instalment in Daniel James's series, Nicola, our fictional veterinarian, is preparing for retirement. She has enjoyed a busy and successful practice career and is looking forward to having time to pursue some personal ambitions. Financially, she's in a strong position, but nonetheless there are some pretty important decisions to be made.

Daniel James is an independent financial adviser at Lloyd & Whyte (Financial Services). In his capacity as director of business development he has helped to develop a range of services for BVA members.
