Trends in practice performance, 2000-2003

THE BVA's quarterly practice financial survey, which is run in conjunction with the Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons and the Veterinary Practice Management Association, has been collecting information since the turn of the millennium and now has four full years of data to draw on. As well as helping to benchmark practices' management accounts and providing the Association with a useful insight into practice finances, it is beginning to reveal distinct trends.

Note When looking at the survey results it should be borne in mind that they may or may not be representative of practice as a whole. The respondents to this survey are self-selected and do not form a majority of all UK practices.
