WITH almost 30 years' office experience under her belt, Lynda Statham moved from the building industry into veterinary practice management. A condition attached to her new post in practice was that she should undertake the certificate in veterinary practice management; indeed, it was considered part of her training. Lynda gained the certificate earlier this year, and here she describes how it has proved an invaluable stepping stone in her new role. She also has some tips for those who may be considering studying for the certificate.
