SOME of the trials and tribulations, from an employer's point of view, of the recruitment process were described on pages 96-99. In this article, the tables are turned and Jenny Walton presents the job-seeker's perspective. Given that veterinary interviews are as varied as the jobs themselves, the key to success, she says, is good preparation.
