WHEN the system for training student nurses changed to the Scottish/National Vocational Qualification (S/NVQ) Scheme last year, many practices were prompted to look closely at the training they offered. In this article, Caroline Bower and Melanie Simmonds describe their experiences of implementing the new scheme.
