Rent reviews - ensuring a fair deal

LEASING premises in which to establish a veterinary practice or branch avoids some of the expense of buying outright or of going down the purpose-built route. However, leasing involves paying rent and dealing with rent reviews. Here, Nick Arthur explains what is involved in the rent review process and how a revised level of rent is calculated.
