THE British veterinary profession is perhaps more closely linked to that in Australia than to any other in the world. Cultural, political and family ties are perpetuated by mutual recognition of degrees, extensive cooperation and shared aspirations for the profession. Here, Ian Neville, who is currently working in Australia, compares veterinary life in Britain and Australia.
